中欧先进工程科技人才中心（CECAETT）于2026年3月28日在中关村论坛年会“北京国际青年创新发展论坛”上正式启动，是一个专业、综合性的跨境服务平台。
中欧先进工程科技人才中心（CECAETT）在北京海外学人中心（BOTC）和北京国际创新服务网络（GNIS）的指导下，在北京国际人力资本集团（FESCO Group）的领导下得到了发展。

执行机构——北京外企国际教育咨询有限公司（FESCO EDU）作为理事单位，鼎英国际有限公司（AlphaHelden International GmbH）作为秘书长单位——提供整合高端人才交流、专业人才培训和人才项目引进的核心服务。
